History takes a back seat

Posted at 7:58 pm under 7th Grade, 8th Grade

As you all know, the Presidential election is only 5 days away and the last few days we have been having some discussions about each candidate’s position on several key issues.  I am so impressed by everyone’s interest and knowledge about the election and the issues.  We will hold our own class election on Monday.   8th graders, the worksheet you have been working on will serve as your voter registration cards. 7th graders, you will get to vote based on our discussions in class. I want to make sure you all have done research and vote based on facts not just emotion.

It has also been very entertaining to watch you all try to guess who I’m going to vote for.  I assure you I have been doing my own research and feel like I am making a good choice.  I’ll keep it to myself, though :)

    Hey G!
I know that this has nothing to do with your post, but the online textbooks work. I made an account for the 7th grade’s textbook, (which happens is really meant for 8th grade!!!) and the information is:
    http://www.tx.tarvl1.glencoe.com

    User Name: TAR1TX
    Password: Q2DrEvespe

Sooo…. yeah! For anyone who forget’s their textbooks, use this info here and you will get an online textbook!
